Partner Programme Terms — BESTimate by FKC

These terms apply to anyone who promotes BESTimate with a partner code. By applying you agree to them. The programme is run by BESTimate.

What you earn

10% commission on every payment from customers who come through your code, for 12 months from each customer’s first payment.
After your 10th paying customer, your commission becomes 12.5% on payments from then on.
Commission is worked on the amount BESTimate actually receives — after any discount and without GST.
No commission on the Student licence. Team plans earn the same percentage as other plans.
A payment counts after 7 days. If it is refunded or fails in that time, no commission is due.

15% off their first payment when they use your code (on Manual, Semi auto and Automatic plans). Only one discount applies to a payment: the launch pre-register offer (50%) takes the place of the partner discount, but you still earn your commission on what they pay.
The first code a customer uses stays with their account. Codes are for new customers, before their first payment.

Paid monthly by UPI, around the 5th, for commission that has counted by the end of the previous month.
Minimum payout is ₹500; smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
Tax may be deducted at source where the law requires it; you are responsible for your own income tax.
Your private stats link shows sign-ups, paying customers, commission earned, waiting and paid.

No spam: do not send messages to people who did not ask for them, and do not post your code where advertising is not allowed.
No fake reviews, false claims or promises of income, and no pretending to be BESTimate or FKC.
You cannot use your own code, or create accounts to earn commission.
Do not bid on “BESTimate” or “FKC” as search advertising keywords.

FKC may pause or stop a code that breaks these rules. Commission already earned for genuine customers is still paid.
FKC may change these terms or the percentages with 30 days’ notice; changes do not reduce commission already earned.
Codes may have an end date. After it, new customers cannot use the code; customers who already used it keep counting for the 12 months.
